Alex and Jason also knew what development really meant, and most importantly also acknowledged the fact we were working with children, which means everyone gets a chance on the pitch and to join a team. Then again, our teams always gave it their all to get the win. It is important to encourage them to win, but it also important to come out as winners regardless whether you scored the three points or not.
