Darren was very talented with his hands. He could build something out of nothing. Give him a few plastic cups and the guy would build you anything. Europa were lucky to have him onboard, and he didn't hesitate when he was asked to help the club out with the Cardboard Boat Race. Not only did he build this marvel, but he also gave us all plenty of joy when the Green Machine came first. The vessel was unsinkable and could have gone on for a few more races.
